Shahzad Apparels Group has a extensive weaving set up having variety of machines Including Auto, Shuttles looms on which we produce our own fabric for tufting chenille. Our machines are fully equipped with various kinds of secondary and auxiliary Equipments to produce Dobbies, Jacquards and Seersucker weave patterns.

CHENILLE  FABRIC
 
Chenille Fabric has a fur-like texture, which is created by weaving the warp thread in groups. It is made of cotton, silk or wool and is similar to velvet. The fabric has beautiful appearance and is very soft. This has made it a fancy fabric and is preferred by fabric designers. The pile of the fabric is not flat, so it reflects and absorbs light in varying degrees. The word “Chenille” has been taken from a French word for caterpillar because the fuzzy pile yarn look like a caterpillar.
 
CHENILLE FABRIC FACILITIES
 
Shahzad have state of the art chenille tufting facilities covering the complete range of Chenille designs. Our chenille tufting machines from USA are COBBLE, TUFTCO and B&J Covering 3/16”, 1/8” and 5/32 gauge/size. We have the facilities to make different Types of chenille and can tuft up to 120 inch wide fabric .The fabric is made under comprehensive quality control parameters based on “Four points inspection System” it operates right from fine quality yarn input quality level to the end product according to the requirement of our chenille products and to ensure worthy customers. The prime objective is to provide quality products and to ensure on time deliveries.

Our dyeing operations are equipped with most sophisticated dyeing machinery available. We have different capacity double and single paddle dyeing tubs from ROME and KWG USA with all steam and automatic dyestuffs feeding control system and regular instrumental color measurement, guarantee that our products achieve and maintain the highest quality standards.

The Embroidery Department is equipped with computerised BARUDAN 20 head, 9 colour machines, this in house Embroidery facility allows us to rapidly translate designs onto fabric guaranteeing prompt and reliable service to our Customers.

We have special overlay tufting embroidery machines from Broad Street Machine Inc . USA with multi needle which allow us to produce multi colors floral ,daisy and many more overlay embroidery designs.

The extensive stitching facility is divided in 10 units with more then 400 latest machines Equipped with various tools to produce a diversified product range. Each stitching unit is Designed for specified products, to achieve the optimum level production efficiencies and Highest level of quality standards.

Here at Shahzad  Apparel we pride ourselves that we not only check the quality of the finished product but also we have an extensive system of in house quality and process control. Quality is assured by using the most up to date technology  and the best available dyes and chemicals imported mainly from USA, Germany.All our products are tested by independent  laboratory i.e.  MTL Singapore and TTL Pakistan meeting all the test standard of Chenille products and Class I flamability test.

QUALITY CONTROL

An independent quality control department is working to ensure the highest level of  quality standards as per the customer’s specifications. Independent checks have been implemented in between and at the end of each process to improve, stabilize and control the individual process. This helped us in producing defect free products with minimum resources at lowest cost. Statistical AQL quality control system are being followed at the completion of stitching and packing.

Shahzad Apparels final packing is done by professional under vigilant security system to monitor the shipment loading process in the factory premises.
